Now here is an alternate view on Anna

Here is a very interesting alternate view on Anna's movement. He is very critical of the movement and on Anna. Thought we should share alternate views also. Though his ideas may be as maverick as the Baba Ramdev's,and has inherent flaws, I thought it is for the reader to decide what is right and what is not. But his analysis is very good.     Excellent!, though self pat on back is not intended, it indeed is excellent.
    The Hindu editorials are one of its class, but this is one among the best I have read. Thanks for bringing it here, i missed it somehow.

    हेल्लो,

    मनुष्य जब इस धरती पर आया तो वो स्वछंद था. किन्तु समूह में रहने की उसकी प्रवृत्ति और अपराध करने, दुखी होने और अपराधियों को काबू में रखने की स्वतः प्रक्रिया ने क़ानून व्यवस्था को जन्म दिया. चूँकि समूह बड़े होते चले गए और कुछ समय, कुछ सुरक्षा की मजबूरियों ने उन समूहों को विविधता प्रदान की, इसलिए कालांतर में सभ्यता के विकास के साथ साथ संविधान का जन्म हुआ. "Rule of law" यानि विधि अथवा कानून का राज स्थापित हुआ. अब जनता उसका भी सम्मान न करे तो अराजकता तो होगी ही. लोकतंत्र में "power center" संविधान ही है कोई एक व्यक्ति नहीं. ये राजशाही नहीं है ये लोकशाही है जिसका जिम्मा जनता के ऊपर है किसी एक व्यक्ति के ऊपर नहीं. यह मेरा व्यक्तिगत विचार है कि भारत में विविधता ही अराजकता को रोकने में काम आएगी. विविधता है तो "checks and balances" हैं. और हमे याद रखना है कि हम "स्वतंत्र" हैं, "स्वछंद" नहीं. we are independent but not free. we are bound by rule of law.
