ReplyDeleteI wanted to post "an ideal guide" or something, then I thought that it would be probably too long or one sided.The paper you have posted is good to read and I hope that this will start a series of healthy arguments. Wait for some time for some more comments and as I have written some where let it give an air to the "chingaari" or flame. People should be concsious about the morals for which the govt funded by people of their country, funds the scientific institutions.Its not a sports or a game or fun, its SCIENCE.
